No use of this Mark is allowed without written permission of its owners.   Use of the Quick Tan®  name without written license is a violation of US Trademark laws.  If you would like a non-exclusive license, click here to contact us.

Quick Tan, Inc. does not operate any tanning salons.  The sole purpose of this site is for inquiries regarding the Quick Tan® name.   If you operate a tanning salon using this name, you are required to contact us for a non-exclusive license.  Otherwise, you must cease using the name immediately.   Unauthorized use of the Quick Tan® name is a violation of US Trademark Laws.
